Ingredients for 36 brownies:

· 250 g of soft butter
· 2 cups of caster sugar
· 2 teaspoons of vanilla
· 4 big eggs
· ¾ cup of Hershey cocoa
· ½ teaspoon of baking powder
· ¼ teaspoon of salt
· 1 cup of flour
· 1 cup of nuts (optional)

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Butter a cake tin 33x22x5 cm. Melt the butter in a big pan, then add out of fire the sugar, the vanilla, and the eggs one at a time. Incorporate the cocoa, the baking powder, and the salt; stir until homogeneity. Add the flour and the nuts; mix well. Pour the paste in the cake tin. Let it cook for 30 to 35 minutes.
