the Parthenon

The
front of the Parthenon fits in a gold rectangle. The noun "phi"
comes from the Parthenon architect, named Phidias.
b)
the "Naissance de Venus"
During
the Renaissance many artistsused the gold number in their work. For example
Boticelliin this painting:
l/w
= 2,79/1,72 = 1,62... which is the gold number!
