The last album of Barret, because of his mental problems. Gilmour just arrived and Water help for some songs. In spite of the Barret’s problems, the album is as good as the first, some songs becoming very psychedelic.

Barret left, but Gilmour’s game and Waters’ write is better than ever. Atom Heart Mother is one of the more special album of Pink Floyd, and the cow shown on it is one of the more known cow of the world .

Meddle (1971)
Meddle illustrate the grown up of Pink Floyd on the top of the music world. Waters, Wright and Mason play as well as Gilmour for some unforgettable songs, like the 23 minutes of « Echoes ».

Dark side of the moon (1973)
The 3rd best album of all history. It stayed during 15 years on the American Hit parad. Composed of 11 songs, all exeptional, the album had an incredible success. The prism became a symbol for the band, since this date considered as the best group of the world with the beatles.

Wish you were here (1975)
Dedicated to Barret, who fall on a terrible depression, this album show the genius of the group. Composed of 4 songs, with « Shine of your crazy diamond » and its 9 parts, it is my favorite one. The instrumental parts are as exeptional as dark side’s ones. In this album appear an well-understandable story. Waters is now a monopolizer of the composition and some tensions are appearing between him and the others.

Animals (1977)
Pink Floyd don’t stop their amazing albums since the Dark side of the moon. Animals, inspired of « the Animal farm » of George Orwell, is very engaged and denounce the society. Waters show another mark of monopolization.

The Wall (1979)
The most Famous album of Pink Floyd. The group is on his apogee, but the tension too. The 26 songs are speaking about war. Waters write 23 of the songs, including the most famous song of Pink Floyd, « Another Brick in the wall (part 2) ». One year later, the film « the wall » tell the story of a young drug-addict, Pink. « The Wall » is one of the most special film I have ever seen. Wright left the group under the pressure of Waters.

The Final Cut (1983)
An Hommage to Fletcher Water, father of Roger. The most horrible passage of the Pink Floyd Story. Waters refused help from the others on the composition, and he replace Gilmour as the singer, it is the reasons of the separation on Pink Floyd after this album, and it will opened stupid lawsuits. The album is the worst one of Pink Floyd

A Momentary lapse of Reason (1987)
After the reconstitution of the group with Gilmour, Mason and Wright, Gilmour show that nothing is finish, with a very psychedelic album, as the picture of the album show it. Famous Album.

The Division Bell (1993)
After years of inactivity, Pink Floyd returns with a new style and a big success. I don’t especially like this new style, but it sounds good.

Composed of a first concert part ( stunning) of the album "A Saucerful of Secrets" and a second part of new songs, this compilation is one of the best realisation of the quatuor.
